The material provided on the Chura Limited website, including the information and any images incorporated in the site, is for your personal private non-commercial use only. You may not modify, republish, post or transmit anything you obtain from this website. We request that you do not create any kind of hyperlink from any other site to ours unless you obtain our permission.

References in these Terms and Conditions to “we”, “us” and “this website” are to Chura Limited, Registered in Kenya, Company Number CPR/2013/97794

2. Pricing Policy

  1. All prices implicated by using any of Chura Limited services are inclusive of VAT.

  2. Any modes of payment with respect to Payment of Services offered by Chura Limited can only be done via Mobile Money Transfer. i.e.
    1. M-Pesa
    2. Airtel Money
    3. YU-Cash or
    4. Orange Money

3. Service Availability

  1. The Services(s) featured on this website are subject to availability. When there is a delay between the time when you order and the time when the Order is accepted, the Company will notify you of the delay. In case subject to the delay, the product is not available anymore, you will be reimbursed of your money.

  2. Availability of the service(s) is also subject to the specific Network e.g Safaricom, Orange, Yu, Airtel

4. Copyright Policy

Copyright and other intellectual property rights and communications, ideas or other materials submitted to us by you through or on by this website, unless specifically requested by us shall become our property.

You agree that by using this website, you will not risk infringing any third party right. You further agree that your usage of this website will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or constitute an invasion of privacy.

Chura Limited and all its affiliation is a private limited company registered in Kenya dealing with online trading in and outside Kenya but does not include Banking and Money Circulating Business.

Chura Limited does not endorse any mobile network operator or service and is further not endorsed by any mobile network operator and/or service Copyright and ownership of names, images, logos and trademarks of mobile operators used belongs to the respective mobile operators.

The information, software, products and services published on this Website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. In particular Chura Limited does not guarantee that the Service or Product is free of errors or interruptions will conform to your requirements and/or will meet your requirements in terms of quality and performance.

8. Comments and Complaint Procedure

9. Refund Policy

If for any reason Chura is unable to do the following;
a) Deliver the product within stipulated period
b) Deliver the product due to a technical error
c) Deliver the product due to service unavailability occurring between order payment and fulfillment
Chura will initiate a full refund to you. Note that time taken to receive refund depends on the service provider/processor.

10. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for all Reversals, Chargebacks, Claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by Chura Limited caused by or arising out of your breach of this Agreement and/or your use of the Chura Services. You agree to reimburse Chura Limited for any and all such liability. If you do not do so, Chura may engage in collection efforts to recover such amounts from you. Chura will also use any available balance and/or payments from you to recover losses incurred.

11. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of the Client’s use of this Website, the Client warrants that the Client will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices or any other prohibition unlawful in terms of Kenyan Law

12. Jurisdiction

The Website is controlled in Kenya. Any terms and conditions concerning the usage of this website will be governed by Laws of Kenya and any dispute concerning use of this website will be determined exclusively by Kenyan Courts.

13. General

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.

We will not be responsible for you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions of the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable Control

Chura Limited reserves the right to amend, remove, or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website at any time and without notice

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the Parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Chura Limited. Any waiver of any provision of the Term and Conditions will only be effective if in writing and Signed by Directors of Chura Limited.
